I developed these small, understated, domed self-arranging bud vases as flower bricks for the camellias that grace my garden from September through April each year. Each porcelain vessel features a center opening (for large blossom clusters and ease of cleaning) and six smaller holes. I’ve offered these in my bud vase subscriptions in the past and I’m happy to include them as a regular offering. If using smaller blossoms, the center hole will also hold a taper candle for a small contemporary centerpiece.
While these pieces are vitrified porcelain, I recommend using a coaster, small saucer, or felt pads under these vases on your fine wood surfaces for display longer than a few hours.
